The public comment period is now open and has been extended through August 7, 2024. The purpose of this stage is to gather input on issues to be studied in the Draft EIS. We're pleased to offer three ways to submit your comments: through the online form included below, through physical mail to the address below, or at either of our EIS Scoping Meetings on July 1 or July 30, 2024.
