On August 8, 2026, a Final Environmental Impact Statement  (FEIS) was published in the State of Hawaiʻi’s Office of Planning and Sustainable Development’s Environmental Review Program’s “The Environmental Notice."

 

The FEIS was accepted by the Maui Planning Commission on August 11, 2026.
